What does it cost to keep running?

Only your web address, about $20–30 a year. You likely already pay it. There's no monthly website fee, ever.

Your web address is the yourpractice.com part. It's paid once a year to the company you registered it with. The website itself is put in your practice's name, so there's no rent to keep paying.

Why so little? Your website is finished pages with nothing running behind it, so there's no software to rent and nothing to patch. That's also what keeps it safe by design.

How much does it cost?

One payment. No monthly fees. We'll give you a clear, fixed quote after your free check. The quote depends on your website, so we look first instead of guessing.

Do I have to pay before I see anything?

No. We build a preview of your new homepage using your own words and photos first. If you don't love it, you owe nothing.

Can I start with a Rebuild and Refresh later?

Yes. A Rebuild gives you a quick, secure website that's yours. If you want a new look later, we can refresh it, and we'd quote it the same way.

Do I need the care plan?

No. It’s optional. You can make simple edits yourself with the easy editor, or ask us for a one-off update whenever you need one.

What happens if I cancel the care plan?

Nothing changes for your website. It stays yours, it stays online, and you can still edit it yourself.

Why is there no monthly fee?

Most websites run software on a computer all day, building each page when someone visits. That computer and its software are what you pay for every month, and what has to be patched. Ours are finished pages. Storing and sending finished pages costs a hosting network so little that the big ones offer it free for a website the size of a practice's. It's the same reason it's safer: nothing running means nothing to pay for and nothing to break into. The only ongoing cost is your web address, about $20–30 a year.

I'm paying monthly for a rented website now. Can you move it?

Usually, yes. We rebuild it using your words, photos and services, keep your online booking, and put the new website in your practice's name. Our free check will tell you what's involved.
