You type in your website address. We look at it the way a new client would, on a phone, and send back a plain report: what's working, and what might be costing you clients.

  • Whether your contact form asks for more than it should
  • Whether fees, insurance and superbills are easy to find

A preview of your new homepage, made from your own words and photos.

Before you pay anything, we build a real preview of your new homepage. We use what's already yours: your words, your photos, your services. You can open it on your own phone and show your team.

If you don't love it, you owe nothing.No deposit to see it. No awkward conversation. You just tell us it's not for you.

03We build it

You review. We do the work. Your booking keeps running.

Once you say yes, we build the rest of the website. Your current website and your online booking keep working the whole time, so clients can still find you and book.

  • We move over your words, photos, services and bios
  • We add a clear page for fees, insurance, out-of-network benefits and superbills
  • We set up the security: the padlock and strict settings on every page, with nothing running behind it to break into
  • We test it on phones and show you the results
  • You check each page and tell us what to change

04It's yours

We hand it over. Like getting the keys.

The website and the account it lives on are put in your practice's name. There's no monthly fee. If you ever want to work with someone else, you take it with you.

  • Accounts in your practice's name, with two-step sign-in. We remove our own access unless you ask us to stay
  • Your web address locked, and your email protected from scammers pretending to be your practice
  • A written security checklist in plain language, with every item checked off
  • An easy editor to change your hours, fees or bios yourself
  • The only ongoing cost is your web address, about $20–30 a year
  • An optional care plan if you'd rather we make updates for you

Your practice's day-to-day stays exactly as it is. We work on your website, not on how you run your practice.

    We only link your "Book now" button to your booking page. We don't need to sign in to SimplePractice, TherapyNotes, Jane or whatever you use.

  • Your schedule

    Your availability, services and booking rules stay exactly as you set them.

  • Your client records

    Charts, intake forms and notes stay in your booking or records system. We never see them and never ask for them.
