What's included.

Every website we build opens in under a second on a phone, is easy to find on Google, answers fee and insurance questions, keeps your online booking, follows your profession's rules, is safe for your clients' privacy, and belongs to your practice.

  • Built only for therapists and health practices
  • Works with your booking system
  • Safe for client privacy
  • Pay once, own it

Nine things every website gets.

Whether you keep your current look or choose a new one, these come with every website we build.

Opens in under a second

Quick on any phone, so people stay and book. Most people leave if a page takes more than about three seconds on a phone. We test it and show you the results.

Easy to find

On Google, Google Maps and AI assistants like ChatGPT. We set up the behind-the-scenes details so they know who you are, what you offer and where you are.

Answers questions before people call

A clear page for fees, insurance, out-of-network benefits and superbills. "Are you in network with my plan?" and "Can I get a superbill?" are answered before anyone picks up the phone.

Your booking stays the same

A "Book now" button for your booking system on every page, whether that's SimplePractice, TherapyNotes, Jane, Headway, Alma, Zocdoc or whatever you use. Your schedule and booking link stay exactly as they are. Nothing changes for you or your clients.

Yours to keep

Pay once. No monthly fee. The website and the account it lives on are put in your practice's name, like owning your office instead of renting it.

Easy to update

Change your hours, fees or bios yourself with an easy editor. Or send us a note and we'll do it.

Written to your profession's rules

Written with your state licensing board's advertising rules and your professional ethics code (APA, ACA, NASW, AAMFT) in mind, so your website says what you're allowed to say.

Easy for everyone to use

Easy to read and use for everyone, including older clients and people with low vision.

Safe by design

No WordPress, no plugins and nothing running behind your website for anyone to break into. No client information stored on it, and no contact form that asks for health details. Accounts in your practice's name, with two-step sign-in. Twelve protections in all, built into every website. See what keeps it safe.

12 protections, built in

Safe by design.

Our websites have nothing running behind them for attackers to break into, keep no client information, and live in accounts in your practice's name. That's also why there's no monthly fee.

Nothing to break into

  • No WordPress, no plugins, no database. Every page is prepared ahead of time and sent as a finished file.
  • Nothing to patch in a panic when the next flaw, like October 2026's "PHP2Shell", makes the news.

Locked down from the outside

  • The padlock on every page, renewed by itself.
  • Strict rules about what your pages may do: no fake copies, no code from strangers.
  • A global network in front of your site that soaks up attacks.

Private by default

  • No client information stored on your website. Bookings and records stay in your booking or records system.
  • A careful contact form that never asks for health details and keeps nothing on the website.
  • No tracking cookies, no ads, no selling data.

Your keys, your locks

  • Accounts in your practice's name, with two-step sign-in. We remove our own access unless you ask us to stay.
  • Your web address locked, and your email protected from scammers pretending to be your practice.

Watched and easy to undo

  • Every change recorded, any version back in one click. No backups to remember.
  • A written security checklist at handoff, every item checked off.

Why there's no monthly fee

Most websites run software on a computer all day, building each page when someone visits. That computer and its software are what you pay for every month, and what has to be patched. Ours are finished pages. Storing and sending finished pages costs a hosting network so little that the big ones offer it free for a website the size of a practice's.

It's the same reason it's safer: nothing running means nothing to pay for and nothing to break into. The only ongoing cost is your web address, about $20–30 a year, which you likely already pay.

Honestly

No website can promise it will never have a problem. What we can promise is that there's very little to attack, nothing of your clients' stored on it, and a quick way back if anything goes wrong.

Written to your profession's rules.

Licensed therapists have advertising rules set by their state licensing board and their professional ethics code. Most practice websites were never checked against them. We write and review every page with them in mind.

  • License types and credentials used the way your board expects
  • Clinician names and license details shown clearly
  • No promises of results and no claims you can't back up
  • Care around testimonials, which therapy ethics codes restrict asking clients for
  • Fees described honestly and clearly, with Good Faith Estimates for self-pay clients

Rules differ by state and profession, and they change. We'll point you to the current standards, and you should always check them with your own licensing board.

Read the plain-English guide

Easy for everyone to use.

Many of your clients are older, tired, in pain or anxious when they look you up. We build for them, so the website is easy to read and use for everyone, including people with low vision and people who don't use a mouse.
